Recently, the R & D center of Phoenix Bridge Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Phoenix Bridge Group, was recognized jointly by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park as one of the first group of Beijing foreign-funded R & D centers in 2022. This marks another major milestone in the implementation of the development strategy of Phoenix Bridge Group focusing on scientific and technological innovation.
The core R & D team of Phoenix Bridge (Beijing) R & D center includes senior experts and consultants at home and abroad, such as famous university professors, British Royal Academicians and high-end R & D talents. At present, the main research fields of Phoenix Bridge (Beijing) R & D center are in medical and optical fields. Among them, based on molecular diagnosis technology and microfluidic biochip as carrier, the research and development of the prototype of POCT (real-time detection) equipment applied in the clinical front line has been completed. It is planned to realize product implementation in China in 2024 and start commercial and large-scale operation. The strong overseas R & D capabilities and leading R & D products of Phoenix Bridge (Beijing) R & D center have been recognized by the accreditation agencies.
It will provide a series of incentives and various measures for the first group of recognized foreign-funded R & D centers. It will provide favorable policies for the recruitment of high-end domestic and foreign R & D personnel and the import and export of R & D equipment and raw materials. The policies will also continue to promote the growth of Phoenix Bridge R & D center for a long time.

On the morning of January 3, 2025, Albano Vicente Lopes Ferreira, the new Minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Angola, inspected the Science and Technology Project (Phase I) .
On April 10th, Angolan President Joao Lourenco led a delegation of State Councilors, the Minister of Construction, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Higher Education, and others to inspect the Luanda Science and Technology Development Project(Phase I).
On September 20, 2024, President of the African Development Bank Akinwumi Adesina and his delegation visited Angola and inspected the Angola Science and Technology Development Project(Phase I) constructed by the group's construction sector.
On March 10, 2023,1 Phase I of the Science and Technology Development Project (STDP) in Luanda, implemented and constructed by the Overseas Construction Branch of PBIH Group, held a grant groundbreaking ceremony in the UAN Architectural Design Building located on Ho Chi Minh Avenue in Maianga District. and attracted a gathering of dignitaries.
The "2023 ZGC Forum" held in Beijing from May 26 to 30 under the theme of "Open Cooperation for a Shared Future" and the purpose of fostering global scientific and technological innovation ccooperation. As one of the first 49 foreign-funded R&D centers recognized by Beijing, Phoenix Bridge Group Innovation Center was also invited to take the stage to receive the nameplate.
On July 21, Jinfa Construction, a subordinate unit of the group, participated in the second Ministerial Advisory Committee Meeting held by the Ministry of Public Works and Land Planning of Angola in Bengo province.
