The "2023 ZGC Forum" held in Beijingfrom May 26 to 30 under the theme of "Open Cooperation for a SharedFuture" and the purpose of fostering global scientific and technologicalinnovation cooperation. It featured six main sections: forum meetings,exhibitions, technology transactions, achievement releases, cutting-edgecompetitions, and supporting activities. A total of 150 activities were held,and more than 1160 guests gave speeches. This forum had received high attentionfrom the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and President XiJinping had specially sent a congratulatory letter to the Forum; Vice PremierDing Xuexiang attended the opening ceremony. The closing ceremony of the forumconcluded with the Awarding Ceremony for Beijing Foreign-funded R&D Centers.As one of the first 49 foreign-funded R&D centers recognized by Beijing, PhoenixBridge Group Innovation Center was also invited to take the stage to receivethe nameplate.

The Zhongguancun Forum is a state-levelplatform for global scie-tech innovation exchanges and cooperation, as well asa shining business card for China's foreign exchanges and cooperation. Itdemonstrates China's firm commitment to promoting global open innovations andexchanges and cooperation, and also shows the world the enormous potentialnurtured by China's high-quality development driven by scientific and technological innovation. At the closing ceremony and major achievement pressconference, a total of 20 representative scientific and technological achievements were released in four major areas of the cutting-edge world science and technology, the economy, national major needs, and people's lifeand health. The closing ceremony concluded with the Awarding Ceremony for Beijing Foreign-funded R&D Centers, and Zheng Zaiguang, Deputy General Manager of the Group’s Investment Company, took the stage on behalf of Phoenix Bridge Group Innovation Center to receive the nameplate.
Phoenix Bridge Group Innovation Center is a foreign-funded research and development center applied by Phoenix Holdings(Beijing) Co., Ltd. and officially recognized in July 2022. It is also an important milestone for Phoenix Bridge Group to implement the "global capital empowerment+technology innovation driven" strategy.
In this international and domestic focused Zhongguancun Forum, Phoenix Bridge Group received the nameplate on the same stage with internationally renowned R&D centers such as Siemens, ABB,Merck, Intel, Varian, Microsoft,etc., that demonstrated the group's strength,gained widespread attention, enhanced the "Phoenix Bridge" brandimage, injected tremendous vitality into Phoenix Bridge Group's second takeoff,and provided unlimited possibilities.
On the morning of January 3, 2025, Albano Vicente Lopes Ferreira, the new Minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Angola, inspected the Science and Technology Project (Phase I) .
On April 10th, Angolan President Joao Lourenco led a delegation of State Councilors, the Minister of Construction, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Higher Education, and others to inspect the Luanda Science and Technology Development Project(Phase I).
On September 20, 2024, President of the African Development Bank Akinwumi Adesina and his delegation visited Angola and inspected the Angola Science and Technology Development Project(Phase I) constructed by the group's construction sector.
On March 10, 2023,1 Phase I of the Science and Technology Development Project (STDP) in Luanda, implemented and constructed by the Overseas Construction Branch of PBIH Group, held a grant groundbreaking ceremony in the UAN Architectural Design Building located on Ho Chi Minh Avenue in Maianga District. and attracted a gathering of dignitaries.
Recently, the R & D center of Phoenix Bridge Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Phoenix Bridge Group, was recognized jointly by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park as one of the first group of Beijing foreign-funded R & D centers in 2022.
On July 21, Jinfa Construction, a subordinate unit of the group, participated in the second Ministerial Advisory Committee Meeting held by the Ministry of Public Works and Land Planning of Angola in Bengo province.
