On July 21, the second Ministerial Advisory Committee Meeting was held by the Ministry of Public Works and Land Planning of Angola in Bengo Province, attended by Almeida, the Minister of Public Works and Land Planning of Angola, Giosa, governor of Bengo Province, Santos, secretary of state for public works and other government officials. Five Chinese enterprises, including Jinfa Construction, affiliated unit of the group, were invited to attend the meeting.

Honorary Certificate
At the meeting, the Ministry of Public Works and Land Planning of Angola made a report on the situation of project implementation in the past five years from 2017 to 2022, and highly affirmed the progress and quality of CKZ Social Housing Project and matched Capari & KM44 road works, M120 road project, EN320 road project and other projects undertaken by Jinfa Construction, and praised Jinfa Construction for its "integrity, excellent management and good quality". The Ministry expressed thanks to Jinfa Construction for its high professionalism and internationalism presented during the economic crisis, the COVID-19 and financial difficulties in Angola, strictly complying with the contract, ensuring the quality and progress, delivering each project on schedule, safeguarding public interests of Angola, playing a positive role in Angola's social and economic development, and issued an honorary certificate to the general contractor.
At the same time, the Ministry of Public Works and Land Planning of Angola also organized on site Q & A, and Jinfa Construction had an in-depth exchange of views with all parties participating in the meeting.

The CKZ Social Housing Project in Luanda, Angola, with a total construction area of 930000 square meters, includes the construction of 8712 apartments, the construction of 45 kilometers of matched roads and other infrastructure works.
Rehabilitation Project of Angolan National Highway120 (second section), is located at Cuanza Sul, Angola, the total length is 64km.
Rehabilitation Project of road EN320 (second section), is located at Cuanza Norte, Angola, the total length is 45.5km.

On April 24, 2026, the Chamber of Commerce Angola-China(CAC) held a donation ceremony for the Benguela flood disaster relief at its headquarters. H.E. Zhang Bin, Chinese Ambassador to Angola, attended the event, and Mr. Song Zhuoya, the General Manager of the Group's Africa Division, was invited to the donation ceremony.
On April 19, 2026, Pope John XIV visited the Catholic Marian Shrine in Muxima, Angola. Mr. Song Zhuoya, the General Manager of the African Division, was invited as the representative of the construction party to attend the event and jointly witness this historic moment.
On the morning of December 10, 2025, a grand ribbon-cutting and unveiling ceremony was held for the new headquarters building of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA).
On September 19, 2025, Minister of Angola Higher Education Albano Ferreira, President of Angola Neto University Mr. Pedro, and the representative of Angola Science and Technology Park Mr. Ricardo visited the headquarters of Phoenix Bridge Group.
