Inherit the corporate culture and gather the strength to move forward — Enterprise culture training meeting for new employees of Phoenix Bridge Group

In order to strengthen the group's corporate culture inheritance, reach consensus, stimulate employees' value recognition, enhance the cohesion of the group, and to escort the realization of the strategic objectives of the group,on the morning of June 17, the first phase of corporate culture training meeting for new employees of affiliated units was held at the headquarters of the group in the form of "online + offline". The branch venue was located at Jinshuo Resort Hotel in Mianyang. Song Zhuoya, CEO of the group, Liu Zhiming, Chairman of Jinfa Construction, and Zhang Hong, Secretary of Jinfa Construction attended the training meeting, which was presided over by Jiang Tong, director of Human Resources Department of the group.



Focusing on the corporate culture of Phoenix Bridge Group, several lectures were given for the first phase of corporate culture training meeting for new employees, who were arranged to stay in Jinshuo Resort Hotel in Mianyang, which is affiliated to the group. By combining theoretical study with field practice, new employees can deeply learn the corporate culture of Phoenix Bridge Group and understand the strength of the group.

Jiang Tong, director of Human Resources Department of the group, made a special interpretation of the Phoenix Bridge corporate culture, systematically explained the essence of the corporate culture focusing on the vision, mission, core values and corporate spirit of the Phoenix Bridge Group, so as to help the new employees understand the group.



Subsequently, Gao Chen form the headquarters of the group, explained the VI Visual Identity Manual of Jinfa Construction, and made a vivid interpretation of the logo, corporate culture, VI logo application and other aspects of Jinfa Construction, which helped preliminarily establish the brand awareness of Jinfa Construction for new employees.



At the end of the training meeting before noon break, Ran Longjian, the head of the Party Work Department of the group, shared the growth path of Phoenix Bridge Group for new employees, and revealed the hardships of the enterprise's start-up, development, growing and promising future through timeline and the first perspective of the parties.



After the noon break, Sun Jing, the investment director of Phoenix Bridge Investment Company, showed the investment business development trend and future investment direction to new employees focusing on current investment mode and some investment projects of the company, so that new employees had a preliminary understanding of the group's strength.



Then, Xing Cong, the technical director of the group, further defined the development goals of Jinfa Construction in the future by explaining the five-year development trend, the national development plan and the future development direction of the construction industry in combination with its own characteristics of Jinfa Construction.



After the training, six new employees delivered their impressions on the training, expressed their recognition of the corporate culture and full of hope for the future. Mr. liu Zhiming expressed thanks for the group to organize the orientation training for new employees, and hoped that new employees would learn more about the corporate culture and fully experience the aspiring, knowledgeable and persistent spirit of Phoenix Bridge Group. At the same time, the enterprise should also focus on the personal development plan of new employees to achieve the synchronous development of enterprises and individuals.



Finally, Song Zhuoya, CEO of the group, made a summary speech on this training meeting, once again extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of the group, and further clarified the future development direction of the group. At the same time, he put forward three requirements for the new employees: actively adapt to the enterprise and accelerate the transformation of roles; Actively establish the sense of enterprise loyalty and cultivate the ability of team cooperation; Strive to be the owner of the enterprise, constantly pursue excellence, and keep firmly in mind "responsibility, undertaking, hardworking and self-improvement".
