On May 4, the Spring Sports Talent Competition of the group for 34 days ended successfully. The activity began on April 1. The participants are all employees of the group's Beijing headquarters. The whole process is supervised by the arbitration committee composed of Ran Longjian, head of the Party Work Department, Jiang Tong, HR director and Li Fengmei, financial director. The competition is aimed to enrich employees' after-hours sports activities, enhance team cohesion and team spirit, and create a healthy and positive atmosphere.

Through various forms such as walking, cycling, running and equipment exercise, we insist on uploading the records in the Wechat group every day. The activity arbitration committee verifies the distance and time we exercise every day, and timely delivers the records. Song Zhuoya, CEO of the group, explained and demonstrated the stretching before and after sports and the essentials and precautions of running through field exercises, and ignited everyone's enthusiasm for sports by running along the second ring road of Beijing of 33.52 kilometers.

During this period, we use the sports APP to record the track of our movement. On weekdays, we use the time before work, lunch break and after dinner, and we still insist on taking time out to exercise on holidays, which reflects the spirit of "Phoenix people" to explore and innovate, persevere and strive for the first place.

There are 37 people participating in this activity. According to the sports records and the measurement based on cumulative sports duration, distance and time continuity, a total of 35 colleagues won the Sports Genius Award, one won the Sports Talent Award and one won the Standard Award.

100% of the participants achieved the goal of Standard, 97% achieved the goal of Sports Talent, and 95% achieved the goal of Sports Genius.
