On July 7, 2026, the Group’s Phoenix Bridge Construction Products Factory in Angola hosted a grand ribbon-cutting and inauguration ceremony. This integrated construction materials production base, with a total investment of US$ 30million, has officially commenced full operation. It serves as another landmark industrial project to bolster Angola's industrialization drive and advance pragmatic China-Angola cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

The ribbon-cutting and inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including João Nkosi, Secretary for Production Affairs to the President of Angola; Rui Miguêns de Oliveira, Minister of Industry and Trade; Carlos Rodrigues, Secretary of State for Industry; and Auzílio de Oliveira Martins Jacob, Governor of the Province of Icolo e Bengo. More than 40 Angolan senior officials from all walks of society gathered to witness this new milestone for the local construction materials industry.

Zhang Bin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Angola, attended the ribbon-cutting and inauguration ceremony. Also in attendance were Hermenegildo Gaspar, Chairman of the National Housing Foundation; Luís Cupenala, President of the Angola-China Chamber of Commerce;José Mangueira, Head of the Angolan Industrial Association, and representatives from numerous local enterprises. He presented a comprehensive overview of the project’s overall strengths and development vision to allattending government officials and business representatives, and expressed sincere gratitude to the Angolan government for its all-round policy support.

After the ribbon-cutting and inauguration ceremony,distinguished guests visited the production workshops for on-site inspections,accompanied by Wang Dade, Chairman of the Group, and Song Zhuoya, Group CEO and General Manager of the Africa Business Division. During the tour, the guests raised detailed questions covering raw material supply chains, equipment technical specifications, production capacity, product market applications and other relevant details. The workshops’ standardized operating procedures,rigorous quality control systems, and diverse locally manufactured construction products earned unanimous high praise from all attendees.
