On September 19, 2025, Minister of Angola Higher Education Albano Ferreira, President of Angola Neto University Mr. Pedro, and the representative of Angola Science and Technology Park Mr. Ricardo visited the headquarters of Phoenix Bridge Group. Vice Chairman of Phoenix Bridge Group Zhou Lifang, along with the Group's senior management team attended the Exchange Conference. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on the construction progress of Angola Science and Technology Park Project and the future cooperation in education.
Vice Chairman Zhou Lifang extended a warm welcome to Minister Ferreira and his delegation, and emphasized that the Group attaches great importance to the Angolan Ministry of Higher Education Science and Technology Park Project and is confident in completing all construction tasks with high quality. Song Zhuoya, the CEO of the Group, introduced the development history, investment layout and business achievements of Phoenix Bridge Group both at home and abroad, and expressed the group's firm willingness to take root in Angola and continuously introduce advanced technologies and successful experiences.
Minister Ferreira expressed his full recognition of the comprehensive strength of Phoenix Bridge Group and highly praised the current progress of Angola Science and Technology Park Project. He pointed out that this project is an important tribute to the 50th anniversary of Angola's independence, and the President looks forward to cutting the ribbon for the project's completion in November. The owner's representative Ricardo Queiros also expressed satisfaction with the project's progress and promised to work in concert with all parties to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
The Chief Marketing Director of Phoenix Bridge Group Zheng Zaiguang proposed a financing cooperation framework for the New University and Related Educational Facilities Construction Plan (MESCTI) in Angola, hoping to assist Angola in building a world-class higher education system. Minister Ferreira responded that Angola will prioritize the development of education and scientific research and look forward to expanding cooperation with Phoenix Bridge Group in scientific research construction and financing models.He emphasized that infrastructure construction should serve the intefration of international connotation and hoped to promote cooperation between schools and enterprises, facilitate the integration of industry, academia and research, and inject new impetus in to the development of Angolan higher education.
The Exchange Conference was carried out in a friendly and warm atmosphere, and both sides were full of confidence in the in-depth cooperation in the field of higher education in the future. Vice Chairman ZhouLifang stated that Phoenix Bridge Group looks forward to achieving deeper cooperation with Angola in the field of higher education and helping the development of local education. On August 15th, a delegation led by Ms. Zenilda Leila Do Amaral Mandinga, Vice Governor of Ikolo-Bengo Province, and Mr. Luis Cupenala, Chairman of Angola-China Chamber of Commerce (CAC) visited the modern Phoenix Bridge Angola Industrial Park invested and constructed by Phoenix Bridge International Holding Group in Bom Jesus, Ikolo-Bengo Province, Angola.
