At 10:30 AM., March 8, 2019, theceremony for the completion and opened to traffic of second section of RehabilitationProject of Angolan National Highway 120 was held in South Kwanza Province.The second section of project is located in South Kwanza Province, Angola, witha total length of 64 kilometers. The successful completion of the project willshorten the travel time between Luanda and Huambo by four hours, and reducethe transportation cost accordingly, providing great convenience for localresidents to travel, and promoting the economic development of the area along theroad and surrounding areas.

The distinguished Guests attendingthe opening ceremony were, Mr. Manuel Tavares de Almeida, the Minister ofConstruction of Angola, Mr. Archer Mangueira, the Minister of Finance, as wellas the Director of National Highways Authority, the provincial governorof South Kwanza Province, and General Manager of Angola Branch of Pan-ChinaGroup, etc. The National Television Station of Angola (TPA) gave a fullcoverage of the ceremony. The Minister of Construction said in his speech:"Today we gather here to hold the opening ceremony of Rehabilitation Project of National Highway 120.We thank Angola Branch for their great contribution to Angola's majorlivelihood projects, and hope you to make further efforts to do the follow-upmaintenance and training work and further serve the Angolan people."

The constructionworks took 14 months and was the first completed project among all sections of RehabilitationProject of National Highway 120. During the construction process, the Ministerof Construction and the Director of Highway Authorityof Angola visited the worksite many times, and gave high recognition and appraisalto our company to overcome all kinds of difficulties encountered in theconstruction process actively, and to complete the project with"first-class construction quality, fastest construction speed, safe and environmentally-friendlyconstruction measures ".
On the morning of January 3, 2025, Albano Vicente Lopes Ferreira, the new Minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Angola, inspected the Science and Technology Project (Phase I) .
On April 10th, Angolan President Joao Lourenco led a delegation of State Councilors, the Minister of Construction, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Higher Education, and others to inspect the Luanda Science and Technology Development Project(Phase I).
On September 20, 2024, President of the African Development Bank Akinwumi Adesina and his delegation visited Angola and inspected the Angola Science and Technology Development Project(Phase I) constructed by the group's construction sector.
On March 10, 2023,1 Phase I of the Science and Technology Development Project (STDP) in Luanda, implemented and constructed by the Overseas Construction Branch of PBIH Group, held a grant groundbreaking ceremony in the UAN Architectural Design Building located on Ho Chi Minh Avenue in Maianga District. and attracted a gathering of dignitaries.
