Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the dance courses and management of teachers;

2. Be responsible for the development and management of dance courses in Art Center fully grasp the management process teaching acteristics and be able to independently display teaching activities;

3. Be responsible for carrying out the written presentation of academic research and development teaching plan arrangement and teaching method of the courses taught;

4. Participate in promotion activities of related brand and publicity plan for teaching activities;

5. Coordinating and serving matters related to teaching and teachers to ensure the stability of teaching;

6. Be responsible for training teachers for promotion of their professional skills and teaching skills.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree and above with experience in professional dance education;

2. Over 3 years experience in dance teaching for children;

- Holding dance teacher qualification certificate and relevant dance teacher grading test certificate;

3. More than 1 year of management experience strong affinity;

4. Be familiar with childrens life habits and understanding of childrens psychology;

5. With a certain artistic and performing ability standard Mandarin and articulate speech;

6. Passion for education initiative and strong sense of responsibility;

7. Strong learning ability to fresh knowledge. Be able to plan integration teaching combined with other arts courses such as fine arts or different dance types such as hip-hop;

8. Be able to guide students to participate in dance competitions and other activities.
