Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for professional teaching of ballet and other dances accomplish teaching tasks and teaching management objectives;

2. Be able to timely innovate optimize and perfect the curriculum mode and teaching mode;

3. Responsible for daily management of students communicate with parents in time and  feedback for teaching;

4. Optimize the teaching service mode including student services parent services etc.

Qualification:

1. Graduated from dance related majors with experience in ballet education;

- Dance teacher qualification certificate must be held.

- Related grading test certificate of dance teacher is preferred.

2.Have deep love for children＇s art education have front-line work experience in art education industry the person with children psychological research experience is preferred;

3. Major in art education bachelor degree and above;

4. Solid professional foundation be good at learning;

5. Observing team management and having good teaching attitude be good at communicating with students and parents;

6. Be able to undertake projects independently and have strong ability to withstand pressure;

7. Good training skills;

8. Strong learning ability and strong receptivity to fresh knowledge. For children＇s educational needs it can be combined with other arts courses such as fine arts or different dance types such as hip-hop.
