Finance Intern

Job Responsibilities:


Assist department colleagues to do the following tasks:

1. Handling cash receipts and payments and issuing receipts for the money received;

2. Handling bank income and expenses;

3. Grasping the information about bank deposit in time and apply for spare fund in advance follow up the approval procedures for spare fund;

4. Handling document receiving reimbursement and payment documents from all departments and making registration;

5. Properly keeping checks receipts and other securities and original bank guarantee provided by supplier and establishing its ac;

6. Handling bank ac opening and closing;

7. Handling foreign exchange settlement;

8. Receiving the original contract from various departments for filing establishing the Ac of Contract and Payment;

9. Filing as per the categories and numbering of the contract establishing contract catalogue;

10. Regularly making statistics on unpaid stamp duty according to Ac of Contract paying taxes to the tax authorities;

11. Accurately grasping the contents of the financial reimbursement system and verifying the approval procedures for reimbursement documents;

12. Carefully checking the ac information for receivable and payment according to the contract. The information on the change of the suppliers ac shall be kept as an important data;

13. Examining the authenticity and legality of the invoice and inquiring about the authenticity of the invoice of large amount on the tax bureau website;

14. Assisting to provide information to apply for special funds; Verifying Ac of Contract and Payment;

15. Handling the pay card at the bank according to the copy of ID card of the new employee provided by HR; Paying wages at the bank before 10th of each month postponed during holidays;

16. Cooperating with the Project Department to handle bank ac opening and closing;

17. Other tasks assigned by the leader.


Qualification:


1. Male and female are not limited bachelor degree senior students major in finance and acing and other related majors;

2. Having the ability of analyzing reviewing and judging proficient in using financial software;

3. Adhering to principles strong sense of responsibility good team spirit and dedicated spirit.
