The project is located in theprovince of Kuanza Norte, Angola, and is one of the 27 sections of the《Road Rescue Plan》. The construction length is45.5 km, including 24.8 km of repair works and 20.7 km of maintenance works.The project  started in August 2019 andwas completed in September 2022.
