Panjin City is located in the southwestern part of Liaoning Province, China, in the heart of the Liaohe Delta. It is an important city in the Liaodong Bay and the Bohai Rim region with a population of 1.44 million. It's one hour driving distance from Shenyang and four hours driving distance from Beijing (bullet train). Panjin City was built and booming with petroleum. It is an emerging petrochemical city. The headquarters of Liaohe Oilfield is located here. Panjin City is one of the first 36 cities in China to be listed as the well-off city. GDP ranks in the first flight all year round in Liaoning Province, and its per capita GDP ranks first in Liaoning Province for many years.

Phoenix Bridge·Tongxuan Project

Phoenix Bridge·Tongxuan Project is an affordable housing project, located to the west of Xihuan ring road, Panshan New Town, Panjin City. The project covers an area of 86,700 square meters, with a total construction area of 128,000 square meters and a total investment of more than 300 million yuan, which is a pilot project for the renovation of China's national shanty towns project in Liaoning.

The project adopts the design concept of “One Heart, Two Axis and Four Leaves”, which realizes the perfect combination of sunshine, green field and European architecture. It was completed in 2013 and has now been settled and become a mature community around the site, realizing multiple objectives of integrating land resource, perfecting the city's functions, expanding the development space, and improving the quality of life and happiness index of residents.

Shuguang Nine-year School

The project is located at Fuxi New District in the west of Panshan County in Panjin City. It covers an area of 146 Mu (24 acres), with a total construction area of 35,000 square meters and a total investment of about 140 million yuan. It was officially commenced in April 2014 and put into use in September 2015.

The project has been used to better solve the needs of children around the school, alleviating the difficulty of studying in the Fuxi area  of Panshan County, reducing the pressure on schooling in urban primary and secondary schools. After the school was completed, it has 36 classes in primary schools, 18 classes in junior high schools, and for about 2,500 students.

Yuxing Commercial Plaza

The project is located in the new town of Panshan County, Panjin City. This area is an important strategic deployment and model demonstration area for the construction of “livable city” in Panshan County. The project covers an area of 142,900 square meters, with a construction land area of 119,100 square meters and a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. Based on the idea of “three core functions, i.e. integrating business vitality, livable community and ecological demonstration”, it develops a urban complex project with trend of contemporary atmosphere, combining commercial business and boutique residence, which contributes to the prosperity of the local economy and culture and the sustainable development of Panshan County. The project started in 2014 and was completed in 2016.
